Registered Mail service:
For registered mail services, it usually takes between 10 – 14 Business days for your orders to arrive.
EMS express mail service:
If you are using the EMS express mail services, it usually takes between 4 – 6 Business days for your order to get to your doorstep.
Refund and return policy:

Missing and lost parcels:
Your Parcel is considered to be lost or missing if you have not received your item after 40 days from the day it was shipped. In this case, you have to choose from two options; either to be refunded or we have a new item shipped to you.
RETURNED Parcels:
If your package is returned to us, we will send you an e-mail informing you why it was returned. You will also be asked to confirm your shipping address so that we can resend your package.
